Observe the four power status
LEDs in the upper middle section
of the Conveyor Interface PWA.
Go to Main Power Fault
Isolation Procedure
Conveyor Controller
(P/N 62-1677-00 on
X1020, and P/N 62-1676-
00 on X1010) has failed

Is the fuse open?
Exit FmNT, shut down Windows
NT, press the black OFF (0)
button on Operator’s Console,
switch Main Circuit Breaker to
OFF (0), and disconnect Power
Cable from facility outlet.
Inspect the fuse on the Conveyor
Controller power supply.
Are all the LEDs
illuminated?
Replace fuse
Disconnect Conveyor AC Power
Cable from Conveyor Controller.
Connect Power Cable to facility
outlet, switch Main Circuit
Breaker to ON (I), press green
ON (I) button on Operator’s
Console, and enter FmNT.
Measure VAC from Conveyor
AC Power Cable.
Is reading 208
to 240 VAC (should
equal specified facility
supply voltage)?
Conveyor Controller
(P/N 62-1677-00 on
X1020, and P/N 62-1676-
00 on X1010) has failed
