Exit FmNT, shut down Windows
NT, press black OFF (0) button
on the Operator’s Console,
switch Main Circuit Breaker to
OFF (0), and disconnect Power
Cable from the facility outlet.
Add or remove weight while
observing the Current Reading
on the Scale Setup, Scale
Operations tab.
Return to the FmNT Main
Window, click on Tools, click on
Terminal, and click on the Scale
button.

Type [P] then press [Enter] and
observe the digital readout.
Does the Scale return
a numeric value?
Replace scale cup, Type [P],
press [Enter] and observe the
digital readout.
Check the Scale Interconnect
Cable (P/N 194160) for continuity
(Pinout is 1 to 1).
Is there continuity?
Scale (P/N 62-1614-00)
has failed.
Scale Interconnect Cable
(P/N 194160) has failed.
Did the value change?
