Spray Gun Repair
NOTE: All item numbers in the spray gun repair illustrations are the same
as the item numbers in the spray gun parts list.
Power Supply and Powder Path Replacement
Gun Disassembly
1. Remove the nozzle nut, nozzle, and electrode support as described in
the Operation section on pages 4-8 and 4-9.
2. Remove the screws (31A, 31B) and hook, cover, and housing (28, 29,
30).
3. Pull the power supply harness out of the bulkhead, and separate the
connectors. You may need to insert a small flat-bladed screwdriver into
the recess in the top of the connector to release the catch.
