iCare+ is equipped with a micro-processor which checks in real time every internal
component. If any problem is detected on one of the component, iCare+ device stops
immediately
CHAPTER 6: TRACEABILITY
The cleaning and disinfection phases have to be performed in accordance with the different current
recommendations. It is therefore necessary to enable the validation of the handpieces treatment done by the iCare+
device. That’s why traceability software must be used. The software “SoftCare+” was created to ensure the
traceability monitoring of the cycles realized by the device.
Please refer to specific user manual of annex software destined to visualize cycles information.
CHAPTER 7: TROUBLE SHOOTING

The device does not switch on
Is the supply cord properly
connected to mains?
Connect the supply cord to
mains
Is the supply cord properly
connected to the iCare+ device?
Insert properly the cord plug in
the device's main connector
Is the switch positioned on the "ON"
position?
Turn the main switch to "ON"
position
Are the fuses working?
Change the fuses with the same
model
The device does not clean and/or
lubricate
Are the mode light indicators lit?
Push on one of the selection
cycles buttons
Is the door opened? (door LED lit)
Close the door properly
Are the n.Clean or n.Cid level LEDs
lit?
Change the corresponding
bottle and prime
Is the Oil level LED lit?
Fill the Oil tank
The device does not clean and/or
lubricate correctly
Is the air supply tube properly
connected to the device?
Connect properly the air supply
tube to the device's connector
Is the air supply pressure set
between 5 and 6 bar?
Set the air supply pressure
between 5 and 6 bar
Is Short mode selected?
Select Long mode
Is the instrument properly
connected to the connector?
Plug the instrument properly
