CHAPTER 4: USER MAINTENANCE
There are two different types of maintenance that have to be distinguished; general maintenance, that is regularly
performed by the user and the specific maintenance performed by a skilled technician from NSK support.
Only skilled technician from NSK or people trained by NSK, are allowed to perform specific maintenance.
4.1. General cleaning guidelines
 CAUTION : All the cleaning operations should be performed after having
disconnected the iCare+ device from the main power supply
 Do not smoke in the room where the device is kept
You should clean the iCare+ device as requested below:
 Always use a soft cloth to clean the metallic and plastic parts of the device
 Only use detergents that contain a very low level of alcohol (with no protein
fixation agent)
 Never attempt to clean areas, that are difficult to access, with sharp objects
 Be careful when cleaning the Control panel and never use aggressive
detergents
