Here is an example of Polling Loop launch with an ISO14443 type A card detected:

Notes: If the Host wants to restart the Polling Loop, it has to send the
EVT_READER_REQUESTED event.
If the Host wants to temporary stop the Reader phase it can simply send the
NXP_PL_RDPHASES and disable the RF technology detection.
