a) Clamp Specimen Holder B2-HR (HL) on
the stage. Measure the gap between the
top surface of the stage and Clip ZA-
071600 with Thickness Gauge OT0337.

STANDARD: 0.2 - 0.4mm
b) If the STANDARD is not met, bend the
clip for adjustment or replace the part
with a new one.
NOTE:
A stage designed exclusively for adjust-
ment is used in Fig. 16-2.
