· In order to prevent the sample from colliding with the
objective, be sure to change the objective in order from
the low magnification to the high magnification before
focusing.
· Do not rotate the revolving nosepiece directly with hand.
Rotating by hand may damage the gear heads or cause
other malfunctions.
Pressing the objective selection button

on the front panel will rotate
the revolving nosepiece in the
direction by one step. To rotate it in
the opposite direction, press the other objective selection button
b
to rotate in
direction.
Pressing this objective selection button for multiple times
consecutively allows you to select the desired objective.
