After the revolving nosepiece attached, attach the breath
shield.
Attach the breath shield mounting fixture
a
on the breath shield

temporarily using the provided screws (shorter ones) with the Allen
screwdriver. (2 positions)
If they are attached completely, the breath shield cannot
be attached to the microscope frame.
Align the breath shield clamping screw holes

with the mount
holes

of the mounting fixture and secure using the provided
screws (longer ones)
Tighten the screws completely that were secured temporarily.
Do not tighten the screws excessively to prevent the
breath shield from cracking.
