Chapter 7 Care, Storage and Disposal

7.2 Storage
Do not store the light source, lamp(s) or power cord in any of
the locations listed below. Damage to the equipment may
result:
− Places exposed to high temperatures, high humidity, or
liquids.
− Places exposed to direct sunlight, X-rays, radioactivity or
strong electromagnetic radiation (e.g., near microwave or
short-wave medical treatment equipment, MRI or radio
equipment).
1. Turn the light source OFF and disconnect the power cord.
2. Disconnect all ancillary equipment from the light source.
3. Make sure that the cords are not excessively bent or coiled during storage,
and do not place anything on top of the cords.
4. Do not allow the light source to be subjected to blows or impacts during
storage. Handle it carefully.
5. Store the unit on a stable, horizontal surface in a clean, dry place.
7.3 Disposal
When disposing of this product, or any of its components, follow all applicable
national and local laws and guidelines.
