      If the Omicron Test Equipment CMC 356 displays a warning about a broken ground connection, it means the ground-wire connection is faulty or the test set is powered by an earth-free power supply. Never connect the CMC 356 to an isolating transformer. You should check the ground connection and ground the housing of the test set separately using the PE connection socket on the back panel.
