The rail flange must be inside of the cabinet flange, and the rail label facing the inside of
the cabinet.

Insert and tighten one screw through the front of the rack and into the top
hole in the rails.
c.
Adjust the rail lengths to fit, and position the rear rail location pegs in the
corresponding rear rack holes.
