The background scale indicated corresponds to a count
number of 4095.
The digital signals concerned (changes and states) are
designated as available signals in the corresponding
appendix. With any protocol, it can be programmed which
signals are going to be sent and with which number.
There is a changes queue with 400 records. The signals
changes, which are sent via the PROCOME protocol, are
extracted from these records.
Each record contains the digital signals which have changed
within the same millisecond.
This is, if the status of 10 digital signals changes within the
same millisecond, this change only takes one queue record.
Whereas, when sent via communications, they turn into 10
independent changes.
Therefore, in the worst case scenario, where only one signal
changes in each queue record, the queue contains the latest
400 digital changes occured in the equipment. This number
increases considerably if more than one signal changes
within the same millisecond, which is very usual.
The statistical data initialisation commands make possible
setting 0 the reclosing counters, the energy counters, the
maximeter and setting the initial value programmed as
sumkI

.
