Guidance for tting the Pelvic Belt
Assembly tip: Use only the screws provided, to attach the anchor plates to the special brackets. Then these
special brackets should only be tted at the points indicated on the frame. Do not fully tighten the screws until
the brackets and anchoring plates have been positioned correctly.
Screw the included "Anchor Pins"
into the left and right backrest side
frame anchor plates.
Assemble the anchor plates to the
specially designed frame brackets
using the screws provided, so the
nuts are on the inside and the hook
symbol is facing outwards. Then at-
tach these brackets around the left
and right frame tubes just behind
the castors.
No extra brackets are required for
the rear of the wheelchair as the
rear frame/ chassis has two inte-
gral anchoring brackets protruding
rearwards on either side of the bat-
tery compartment.
Pass one end of the pelvic belt through the space between the armrest
skirt guard and seat cushion. Now clip the pelvic belt buckle onto the
"Anchor Pin" previously screwed to the backrest side frame anchoring
plate. Then repeat on the opposite side for the other half of the pelvic belt.
