6 Product Specic Instructions – Power Wheelchairs
– C1000 –
For assembly of the 491S00=SK025 xation kit you will need the following tools:
combination wrenches sizes 10 and 13, Allen wrench size 6.
Remove the upper rear covering of
the C 1000 by loosening the centrally
attached wing nut M6.
Put the anchoring bracket from be-
low around the frame tube so that
the eyelet is on the outside. Pull the
anchoring bracket as far as possible
to the rear and make sure that it is in
contact with the frame tube bottom.
Reattach the „upper rear covering“
and tighten the wing nut.
Attaching the anchoring points to the product
Put the anchor point pin with plastic
ring from the outside through the
corresponding bore hole and secure
it on the inside with a M6 nut. Do the
same on the other side.
Hold the spacer sleeves between the
bore holes of the anchoring bracket,
above the frame, and insert the M8
screws from the outside through
the bore holes. Secure the screw
connection on the other side with the
corresponding nut. Firmly tighten the
screw connection.
