Formatting SD Memory Cards
CAUTION
• Do not remove the SD memory card, LAN cable,
or AC adaptor while formatting an SD memory
card.
• Do not move or bump the KX-NT400 while
formatting an SD memory card.
Format the SD memory card before the first use.
Formatting deletes all the data stored on the SD
memory card. Back up important data before formatting
the SD memory card.
To format the SD memory card, see "Maintenance
screen (1/4) (Page 166)".
Note
• When formatting cards with a computer, select
the FAT format.
• When an SD memory card is formatted, all
information on the card is deleted.
