Installing/removing the projector
This section describes the mounting method of the projector to the track system and the setting method of the
orientation of the main unit.
Before mounting
The track systems compatible for mounting the projector are as follows.

Attention
f Mount the projector only to specied track systems.
f Please ask a qualied technician when setting up or replacing the track system.
f It is recommended to mount the projector to the track system per manufacturer’s instructions.
f Ensure that the projector is mounted to the track system by two people.
f Before mounting/removing the projector, turn off the power of the track system.
f Mount the projector to the track system which is installed in the horizontal ceiling or beam.
Do not install the projector to the following track systems.
g Track system that is installed in the wall surface
g Track system that is installed in the sloping ceiling or beam
g Track system that cannot withstand the load
g Track system that is installed on the oor
Cannot be installed
f Ensure the installation part of the track system can withstand the weight of the projector. (x page 146)
f If it is hard to operate the lever on the track mount parts A/B when mounting the projector, remove the projector from the track system
without turning the lever forcibly, displace the projector slightly and mount it again.
f When installing more than two projectors to one track system, please reinforce the track system and the ceiling.
Note
f The adapter of the projector cannot be mounted to the position of the tapping screw xing the track system to the ceiling or beam.
f When multiple projectors are mounted side by side, the brightness or the color may differ due to individual differences, even when the model
number is the same.
f The model number of track system is subject to change without prior notice.
