4.8. DISCONNECTING THE TOOL FROM THE ULIB 150P AND 250 BATTERIES
1. Before disconnecting the tool, make sure the battery
is switched off.
See the operating instructions for the battery.
2. Loosen the tightening ring (1) on the tool's power
cord (2).
3. Disconnect the power cord (2) from the tool.

Note
You must take all necessary care to prevent catching the lead of the pruning shears in the branches. To do
this, attach the cord to the arm using the armband provided (see battery operating instructions).
5. USE
5.1. SWITCHING THE BATTERY ON AND OFF

5.2. STARTING THE TOOL WITH ACTIV' SECURITY ACTIVATED (FACTORY SETTING)
The Activ' Security only works when the user is wearing conductive gloves PELLENC or when working without
gloves.
If the user is wearing other types of gloves, the tool will only start if the Activ' Security has been deactivated be-
forehand.
