8. Align the flat on the blade pin (5) with the alignment
marker on the blade (2).
9. Fit the blade pin (5).
10. Replace the knurled adjustment washer (6),
11. Replace the washer (7).
12. Fit the nut (8) on the blade pin.
13. Tighten the nut (8) using the spanner provided (9).

14. Grease the blade pin (5).

15. Clip the guard (11) back in place by pressing in the
centre.

1. Repeat points 1 to 3 of the procedure for removing
the blade and pins from the tool alone.

2. Loosen the two screws (1) using a Torx T10 screw-
driver.
3. Remove the two screws (1).
4. Remove the cutting head cover (2).
5. Repeat points 5 to 8 of the procedure for removing
the blade and pins from the tool alone.
