      If the shutter on your Pentax Digital Camera won't release, it might be due to several reasons: 1. The memory card may be full. Insert a memory card with free space or delete unwanted images. 2. Data might be processing. Wait for the processing to complete. 3. The lens aperture ring could be incorrectly set. Set it to the 9 position or enable it in the E4 menu. 4. The autofocus mode may be preventing release. Change the focus method to w and manually adjust the focus.
