Name Description
System Logs Allows you to send logs to Philips in case of a system problem. For more information,
see “Sending System Logs” on page 153.
Thermal Index Display Allows you to select the thermal index that you want to display. For more
information, see “Setting the Thermal Index Display” on page 79.
Transducer Tests Allows you to run a series of tests to diagnose image quality issues, transducer
recognition issues, or specific transducer error messages. For more information, see
“Testing Transducers” on page 123.
System Information
System information is available in the About dialog box (touch and then touch About).
Name Description
Documents and Support Provides links to legal documents, privacy information, the Lumify portal, the Lumify
User Manual, and open-source software licenses.
EU164 Allows Philips to use this information to identify and to match your device with
system logs if you require assistance.
Software Version Provides the Lumify app version.
Tablet Identifier Allows Philips to use this information to identify and to match your device with
system logs if you require assistance.
Transducer Serial Number Provides the transducer serial number. The system automatically records the
transducer serial number when you connect the transducer to the system.
