Manage Number Formatting
By default, the system automatically formats phone numbers based on the amount of numbers entered.
For example, the number 17135439078 is reformatted as +1 (713) 543-9078. This setting may be turned
on or off, as preferred.
1. Navigate to Settings > Preferences > Number Formatting.
2. Tap to select Enable or Disable, as desired.
Call Lists and Directories
The Polycom Trio system supports a Recent Calls list, a Local Directory, and a Corporate Directory. Each
implementation is different. Check with your system administrator to find out which features are available.
Note: The system can also support a Skype for Business Directory, depending on your server and whether
those features have been enabled by your system administrator.
Recent Calls
The Recent Calls list on Polycom Trio includes lists for Missed, Received, and Placed calls. Each list holds
up to 100 of the most recent entries.
The following management tasks may be performed within the Recent Calls list:
View Recent Calls
Tap Recent Calls to review the list of recent call entries.
Edit Caller Information
A Contact’s phone number information may be modified while on hold before returning the call.
1. Tap the Info icon next to a call entry.
2. Tap Edit .
3. Edit the number and then tap Dial to return the call.
Save a Recent Call as a Contact
Save a contact to the Contact Directory.
1. Tap Info next to a recent Call entry.
2. Tap the Edit icon and modify the contact information as needed.
3. Tap Save on the Call Details screen.
Delete a Recent Call Entry
Delete any call entry from the Recent Calls list. Note: Call entries deleted while using the Skype for
Business client will update the changes on the system and in the Skype for Business client.
1. Tap Info next to a call entry.
2. Tap Delete Call .
