25.Check the near visual acuity.
1) Press
The cross cylinder lenses are removed.
Set the values of the addition powers adjusted in
Step 19 substructed from the ones measured in
Step 24 as the addition powers for prescription.
2) Reverse the near point card and place the
visual acuity chart in front of the patient.
3) Confirm that the patient can read the letter
whose visual acuity is 0.6.
26.Press
Program A is finished.
The near point lamp goes out.
27.Print the measured data
Press
28.Place the final prescription lens in a trial frame.
