’ssonarhistorycanbeplayedback.
WiththeFishfinderappinscrollingmode:
1.Pressanybuttononthe[Directionalpad]orpressthe[OK]buttonwhen
viewingaRealVisionchannel.
TheFishfinderappwillenterPause/playbackmode.
2.Usingthe[Directionalpad],movethecursorinthesamedirectionthatthe
imageisscrolling,untilyoureachtheedgeofthescreen.
e.g.:whenviewingaDownVisionchannelusethe[Left]buttononthe
[Directionalpad]topositionthecursorontheleftedgeofthescreen,
continuetopressthe[Left]buttontostartscrollingbackthroughthe
availablesonarhistory.
8.7Fishfindersensitivitycontrols
Optimumperformanceisusuallyachievedusingthedefaultsettings.Y ou
canadjusttheimageusingtheSensitivitycontrolstoimprovethedisplayed
image.Sensitivitysettingadjustmentisalsoappliedtothesonarhistorythat
isdisplayedwhenusingsonarscrollback.
ThesensitivitycontrolscanbeaccessedfromtheFishfinderappmenu:
[Menu>Adjustsensitivity].
Thefollowingsensitivitycontrolsareavailabletohelpyouoptimizethe
sonarimage.

Theintensitycontrolsetsthelowerlimitforthecolorused
forthestrongesttargetreturns.Alltargetreturnsabovethis
valuearedisplayedinthestrongestcolor
.Thosewitha
weakervaluearedividedequallybetweentheremaining
colors.
Theintensitycontrolcanbesetto[Auto]or[Manual].In
Autoyoucanapplyanoffsetofupto±50%.
[SurfaceFilter]
Thesurfacefiltercontroldeterminestheamountofnoise
displayedonscreenbyvaryingthegainthroughoutthe
watercolumn.
Alowervaluedecreasesthedepthatwhichthecontrol
isapplied.
Thecontrolcanbesetto[A
uto]or[Manual].
[AlltoAuto]
