Controlsbehavior:
•Pressingthe[OK]buttonopenstheconte
xtmenufortheareaorcharted
objectdirectlyunderthecursor’sposition.
•Pressinganybuttononthe[Directionalpad]movesthecursorinthe
respectivedirection,whenthecursorreachestheedgeoftheappwindow
thechartareawillpaninthatdirection.
•Pressingthe[Waypoint]buttonwillplaceawaypointatthecursor’slocation.
•Pressingthe[Plus]or[Minus]buttonswillrangeinandrangeout
respectively,centeredaroundthecursorposition.
•Pressingthe[Back]buttonwillre-centerthevesseliconandswitchback
toMotionmode.
Chartrangingandpanning
Y oucanchangetherange(zoomlevel)intheChartappusingthe[Plus]
and[Minus]buttons.
Y oucanpanthechartareausingthe[Directionalpad].
Chartappcontextmenu
Contextmenusprovidecontextsensitiveinformationandmenuoptions.
•TheChartappcontextmenuisaccessed
byselectingalocationoracartographic
objectintheChartapp.
•ThecontextmenuprovidesLatitude,
longitude,rangeandbearingdetailsfor
theselectedlocationorobject.
•Thecontextmenuprovidesquickaccess
torelevantmenuoptions.
•Select[moreoptions]todisplayfurther
options.

electroniccharts.Theelectronicchartcardsmustbeinsertedintoyour
display’sMicroSDcardreader.
FromtheChartapp:
1.Pressthe[Menu]button.
2.Selectthe[Settings]icon.
PressingtheDirectionalpad’
s[Up]buttononcethemenuopenswillmove
theselectiontothebottomofthemenuandhighlightthesettingsicon.
3.SelectthecartographythatyouwanttousefromtheCartographytab.
ThemenuwillcloseandtheChartappwilldisplayyourchosencartography.
