Undoing Operations
Operations such as writing, enlarging, reducing, or erasing can be undone. You can also redo
operations that were undone.
1. Touch .

Saving
You can save written contents to the locations shown below.
USB flash memory device
Folder on the machine
You can load saved pages, edit or write on the pages. For details about how to import saved files, see
page 59 "Importing a Saved Page".
1. To save pages in a USB flash memory device, insert the flash memory device into the USB
port.
Insert only one USB flash memory device.
For details about how to connect a USB flash memory device, see page 21 "Inserting a USB Flash
Memory Device".

3. Change the settings as necessary.
File name
To change the file name, touch the file name.
Enter a new file name (up to 100 alphanumeric Unicode characters [UTF-8], excluding
\ / ? : * " > <) using the software keyboard.
Save Path
To change the folder to be saved, touch the path.
In the displayed File Manage, select the destination folder, and then touch [Save].
If you want to save the file to a USB flash memory device, select the USB flash memory device
as the destination.
