Tray 2 is not properly installed, or its cover is not properly attached. Make sure the tray is properly installed
and its cover is properly attached.
1. Hold the grip on tray 2, lift the tray slightly ( ), and then pull it out ( ).
Pull tray 2 completely out. Take care not to drop it.
