NOTICE
Make sure the base of the Solution is sitting on shims before performing the following steps.
1. Screw the removable stopper to the base of the Solution using the four (4)M12 x 30 hex cap screws. Do not fully tighten the
screws.
NOTICE
Should the removable stopper need to be removed in the future (i.e., for transportation or
operation of the Solution), do not seal the fastener assembly using thread locking compounds.
Oppositely, in the case of a permanent assembly, consider using thread locking compounds.
Please refer to Solution Mobility(Wash Down and Production Line Shifts) section for more
information.
2. Use a forklift truck or pallet truck to lift the base and remove the shims underneath it.
3. Place the base directly on the ground.
CAUTION
The combined weight of the base and removable stopper isapproximately 92 kg (202 lb). Proceed
with caution.
