GenericGripper Installation
To streamline the installation of grippers and accessories, power on the robot and rotate the joints as described in the table
below, then power off the robot.
Joint Position
Base -90°
Shoulder -190°
Elbow -15°
Wrist 1 -65°
Wrist 2 -90°
Wrist 3 90°
If the scope of delivery of the PE20 Palletizing Solution does not include the PowerPick20 Vacuum Gripper, use the following parts
to mount another generic gripper on the PE20 Palletizing Solution.
l
1x 1/2 BSPPfemale threaded bulkhead fitting on the side of the pedestal, connected to another 1/2 BSPPfemale threaded
bulkhead fitting at the base (conveyor side).
CAUTION
The maximum pressure allowed is 10 bar (145 psi).
l
4x cable clips (0.5 m and 1 m) for cable management.
l
2x M8 x 20 hex head cap screws(for the installation of a control box and accessories on the pedestal).
PowerPick20 GripperInstallation (optional)
Upon receipt, the PowerPick20 Gripper is pre-assembled with the following components:

1x PowerPick20 Gripper, default configuration:

1x Manifold assembly

1x Small suction cup bracket assembly
o
4x 110 mm suction cups

4x 8 mm air tubes (275 mm length)
