Cable management withPowerPick20 Vacuum Gripper (optional)
When mounting a Robotiq PowerPick20 Vacuum Gripper on the PE20 Palletizing Solution, the following components are provided
for the cable management system.
l
3x cable clips + 0.5 m hook and loop (VELCRO®)fastener
l
1x cable clip + 1 m hook and loop (VELCRO®)fastener
l
1x tubing curler
l
1x 12 mm double air tube (3.63 m length)
l
10x 190 mm cable ties
1. GripperMounting
a. Mount the gripper on the tool flange. Please refer to Installation section for more information.
2. Robot Positioning
a. Change the robots position to install the cable routing system appropriately. Refer to the table below.
Joint Position
Base -90°
Shoulder -190°
Elbow -1
Wrist 1 -65°
Wrist 2 9
Wrist 3 9
3. Cable Clip Installation
a. Install the three (3)cable clipswith a 0.5 m hook and loop fastener at positions#1, #2 and #3 asshown in the figure above.
