3.4 Connection options & interfaces of the ImpressionIST® 4+
The control unit (PC) is attached to the rear of the device. All data are combined in a database in the
ImpressionIST® 4+. The determined data can thus be retrieved from different consultation stations (multi-station
capability) so that several customers can be served simultaneously.
In addition to the PC, the ImpressionIST® 4+ can also be controlled using an iPad. The results are, through
automatic synchronization available on all output media.
The control unit communicates with:
- External PC: Connection
via WLAN or cable
- iPad: connection via WLAN -
complete measurement process possible
- External monitor: Connection via cable
- USB 2.0 & 3.0 devices
The ImpressionIST® 4+ module is integrated as
a module in CNXT®.
Export and import of data are not necessary, as
a central database is accessed. Automatic data
synchronization significantly increases data
security. Your work becomes easier, clearer and
safer and you automatically merge all your data
measured on Rodenstock instruments. Data
from Fredm instruments can be entered
manually.
