4.4.3 1st & 2nd Frame edge
After marking the pupil centers, eight selection arrows (four per eye) appear under the "1st frame margin" tab to
determine the individual parameters.
Due to the automatic preselection of the measurement points, the disc margins are usually correctly detected and
marked. During post-processing, the selection arrows are oriented to the centering of the pupil and can be
positioned correctly using the [arrow keys] or by selection by hand. The selection arrows can only be moved
horizontally (temporal and nasal) or vertically (upper and lower selection arrows).
• The automatic preselection must always be checked!

For exact slice edge determination, you are also offered an additional magnification aid for each selection arrow
here. If required, the area selected in the blue circle can be edited in contrast and brightness as described in
Section 4.4.2 1st & 2nd pupil. Position the selection arrows so that the tip lies exactly on the transition between
the front surface of the lens and the front edge of the frame (Figure 4 12).
