Enables or disables the VXI-11 interface.

<State> ON | OFF
ON: VXI-11 enabled
OFF: VXI-11 disabled
*RST: a *RST has no effect on the value
Example:

Enable VXI-11 interface for channel 1.

Queries the VISA resource string of the VXI-11 interface; see Remote Control Opera-
