Replacing the Separang Knife
If the separang knife becomes dull, replace it with the included replacement knife.
CAUTION
Be sure to perform operaons as specied by the instrucons, and never touch any area
not specied in the instrucons.
Otherwise sudden movement of the machine may cause injury.
CAUTION
Do not touch the p of the separang knife.
Doing so may result in injury.
Required items
Replacement blade for separang knife
Procedure
1. Remove any media.
2. Press [MENU].
3. Press [▼] several mes to display the screen shown below.

4. Press [▶] once, and then press [▼] several mes to display the screen shown below.

5. Press [▶] once, and then press [▼] several mes to display the screen shown below.

REPLACE KNIFE
6. Press [ENTER].
The cung carriage moves to a posion where blade replacement is possible.
7. When the following screen is displayed, open the front cover.

COVER
Preparaon is complete once the following screen is displayed.
FINISHED?
8. Remove the separang knife.
(1) Loosen the screw unl it slips out.
(2) Grasp the screw poron, and slowly pull in the direcon of the arrow.
When doing this, do not pull it back toward you.
