To install the Safety Earth into the ground:
• Position the Safety Earth close to the Power Module (within 2
metres). Keep it away from the Treatment Return and the area of
weeds to be treated with the Treatment Lance.
• Push the Safety Earth spike firmly and fully into the ground with
your foot.
Notice
• If the Treatment Return Blade has not been fully
inserted into the ground, or if the Treatment Return
hasn’t been fully screwed onto the Treatment
Return Blade, then RootWave Pro will not activate.
• The blade can become blunt or burred over time.
The blade can be sharpened with a metal file.
• Rocks and roots can impede insertion. It might be
easier to relocate the blade slightly for an easier
insertion.
