7.4 Update Service History Log
Any time preventative or corrective maintenance has been carried out on the VDR/VSDR a new entry
should be added to the Update Service History Log (see Table 7-4: Update Service History Log below).
A complete record of the Date, Service\Fault Description, Service Supplier and Ship’s Representative
Signature must be documented in the log for each entry in order for the information to be valid.
