● Symptom / Cause :
1. Transfer belt Unit is not placed in the set.
2. Dime screw is not fixed correctly.
3. EEPROM contact of transfer belt unit is defective.
● Troubleshooting method :
1. Check if the transfer unit is installed in the set.
Take out the transfer unit and re-install it.
2. Fix the Dime screw correctly.
