Troubleshooting
If the TV seems to have a problem, first try this list of possible problems and solutions.
If
none of these troubleshooting tips apply, call your nearest Samsung service center.
Problem

Wireless communication characteristics cause the video delay to be longer than that of
other products. (FPT5094/FPT5894: 280ms, Other Products: 85ms). Due to the video
delay, this ~o~uct ~oes not support Game mode.
Establishing a connection may be delayed when you turn the power on/off using the
remote control as finding the optimal wireless communication environment may take some
I time.
- Adjust the Brightness and Contrast.

The HD(High Definition) caption that appears when switching channels or when pressing
the Information button on the remote control means the selected channel is a digital
: channel. If the broadcasting station converts an analog signal into digital and transmits
the signal, the visual quality may not be perfect.

If Just Scan is selected with some external devices, picture distortion may appear in the
corner of th~ scre:n. This symptom is caused by th~ external devices, not TV.

Depending on the installation location of the Wireless Home AV Center and the Plasma
TV, the signal may be affected if the communication conditions unstable.
See page 3 of WIRELESS HOME AV CENTER installation guide of the owner's
instructions.
If the Home AV Center is too close or too far away from PDP TV, communication
conditions might be bad.
Also ensure there's no obstacle between PDP TV and Home AV Center
