2) Easting and northing is determined by the method of least squares, including
standard deviation and improvements for HZ-direction and horizontal distances.
3) The final height is computed from averaged height differences based on the
original measurement.
4) The HZ-circle orientation is computed by the original average face I and face II
measurements and the final computed plan position.
