10. Re-packing and shipping
When transporting this product to a remote location or for periodic calibration or
repair, care must be taken when repackaging and transporting it.
10.1 Re-packing
When transporting, be sure to use the cardboard box and packing materials
delivered at the time of delivery as they are and pack according to the packing
procedure below. If the packaging materials are damaged or discarded, please
contact our sales staff. We will send you special packing materials.
If you do not have the packing materials at the time of delivery and you are in a
hurry, alternative packaging that meets the following conditions is acceptable. (A
space of 10 cm or more between the device and the box is filled with cushioning
material without gaps)
The packaging material of this product is made to maintain performance
against impact during transportation. Please note that if it is returned in a
state where it is not properly packed with the packaging material specified by
our company, the performance may not be maintained. Equipment failure or
damage caused by transportation caused by packaging defects other than the
packaging materials specified by our company or packaging materials of
equivalent or higher performance will not be eligible for free repair even within
the free period.
10.2 Shipping
It is recommended to avoid vibrations and shocks as much as possible and to
transport it in a horizontal position.
