There is a paper jam.
The LED display flashes
red.
The sensors are incorrectly set. Calibrate the sensors. 7.6, 18
Media are jammed between
components.
Open the top cover.
Remove the jammed media.

poor.
The top cover is not completely
closed.
Close the top cover. Both levers should
snap into place.
The media have not been inserted
correctly.

t Commission the device (see Chapter “5 Getting Started”,
page 10).

9.1 Decommissioning the Device
Procedure
t Switch off the device.
t Disconnect the device from the power supply and all
devices. In order to do this, remove all connection cables.
t Remove media from media mounts.
t Remove the ink ribbon.
t Clean the device.
