• Beverage outlet (outlet rinsing interval [ min])
• Milk system (milk rinsing interval [ min])
6.6 Every time before filling
6.6.1 External drinking water tank (Option)
► Remove the cover on the drinking water tank.
► Pull the machine water hose out of the drinking water tank and cover.
► Place the water hose end on a clean towel.
► Thoroughly rinse the external drinking water tank with fresh water several times.
► Clean the cover of the drinking water tank thoroughly with fresh water.
► Fill the drinking water tank with fresh water.
► Lead the water hose through the cover and back into the tank.
► Close the drinking water with the cover.
► Press the [Service menu] field at the bottom left of the user interface.
The service menu appears.
► Select the left [Start rinsing] field.
Brewing unit hot rinsing is performed.
Milk system hot rinsing is performed.
Mixer hot rinsing is performed (option).

The configured rinsing processes are activated once an hour in the standard setting.
WARNING
There is a contamination danger for the external drinking water tank due to deposits
and bacteria. A contaminated drinking water tank can lead to health problems.
Clean the external drinking water tank every time before filling it.
