Alternative modulation wiring to IC 4000 without Modbus [EN]
Ab sofort wird der Großteil unserer Strahler mit IC 4000 ausgeliefert.
Die IC 4000 ist standardmäßig für die Strahleransteuerung mittles Modbuskommunikation
durch SchwankControl Touch vorgesehen und dafür voreingestellt.
Falls Modulationsansteuerung alternativ an IC 4000 ohne Modbus erfolgen soll, sind
nachfolgende
Maßnahmen durchzuführen:
From now on the majority of our heaters will be equipped with IC 4000.
The IC 4000 is intended and pre-set as standard for heater controls using Modbus
communication via the SchwankControl Touch.
If, alternatively, modulation control is to be connected to the IC 4000 without Modbus, the
following measures must be taken:
1) Änderung elektrischer Anschluß / Belegung GDM-Stecker IC 4000 für modulierende
Geräten
Im Standardfall kann über Kontakt 3 des GDM-Steckers ein 230VAC Störmeldesignal
abgegriffen werden.
Bei alternativem Anschluß Modulation ist nun auf Kontakt 3 des GDM-Steckers das
Modulationssignal anzuschließen.
1) Change of electrical connection / pin assignment of GDM plug for IC 4000 for modulating
devices
In the standard case, a 230VAC fault signal can be picked up via contact 3 of the GDM plug.
For the alternative modulation connection, the modulation signal must now be connected to
contact 3 of the GDM plug.
Achten Sie auf die richtige Polarität des elektrischen Anschlusses!
Please ensure correct polarity of the electrical connection!
