5) Anmerkung zu Modulationsverhalten während Inbetriebnahme / Wartung
Es kann ein kurzzeitiges Abfallen der maximalen Modulationsstufe [max. 1 Minute] nach
erster Minute Betrieb
eintreten, wenn der Strahler während Inbetriebnahme/Wartung manuell durch Abziehen
des Gerätesteckers neu gestartet wird.
Der Grund liegt im Versatz zwischen den Algorithmen von SchwankControl Touch und IC
4000.
a) SCT sendet nur alle 2 Minuten ein 230V Modulationssignal.
b) IC 4000 läuft nach jedem neuen Heizbefehl [z.B. Neustart] für 1 Minute in maximaler
modulierender Stufe. Danach entsprechend dem aktuellen Modulationssignal.
5) Note regarding modulation behaviour during commissioning / maintenance
The maximum modulation level may drop for a short time [max. 1 minute] after the first
minute of operation if the heater is restarted manually by unplugging the appliance
plug during start-up/maintenance.
The reason lies in the offset between the algorithms of the SchwankControl Touch and
the IC 4000.
a) SCT only sends a 230V modulation signal every 2 minutes.
b) After each new heating command [e.g. restart] the IC 4000 runs for 1 minute at
maximum modulating level. After this, it runs according to the current modulating
signal.
