Torque screws no. 13 as per the following se-
quence.

TORQUE SEQUENCE
Lubricate friction areas and bushings no. 39 then
slide bushings against blocks no. 14.
Compress spring no. 7.

Install pin no. 15. Hold latch lever depressed.

Install handlebar on steering support then upper
clamps no. 40. Position pin no. 15 into slots of
blocks no. 14.

Lubricate pin no. 15 and the notches on blocks
no. 14.
Position handlebar vertically then torque screws
no. 43 in a criss-cross sequence.
