Suzuki BCM CAN Network Connection
Locate the Suzuki CAN connection point on the Suzuki Main BCM
harness behind the main station dash. Look for a twisted pair of
wires (white and black) with a two-pin connector.
Single station boats – the connector will have a male network
terminator plug installed in it. Remove the terminator plug and
insert the CM20018 harness plug labeled ‘1st Station’. Install the
terminator plug in the CM20018 harness receptacle labeled ‘2nd
Station’. See figure 6-4.
Dual station boats – The connector will be connected to the Suzuki
Sub BCM harness. Break the connection and connect the two
halves to the CM20018 harness plugs. The Sub BCM harness will
connect to the plug labeled '2nd Station' and the Main BCM
harness to the plug labeled '1st Station.' See figure 6-4.
