SECURING IN PLACE (ADJUSTER TUNING)
Make sure that all of the adjusters are in contact with the oor. If they are not, the
cabinet can move and cause an accident.
Transport the product to the installation posi-
tion.
Have all of the adjusters make contact with
the oor. Adjust the adjuster's height by using
a wrench so that the machine position is kept
level.
When contacting the adjusters of the right and
left fences onto the oor, manually turn them.
After making adjustment, fasten the adjuster nut
upward and secure the height of adjuster.
Make sure that the pedal base plate is set
properly. If it has been set too stiff or too loose,
remove the base hole lid from the back side of
the foot base, loosen the hexagonal bolts secur-
ing the pedal and fence, and correct the position
of the pedal.
This product has 6 casters (4 for PTV Cabinet, 2 for CONTROLLER CABINET) and 8 Ad-
justers (4 for PTV Cabinet, 4 for CONTROLLER CABINET). (FIG. 6. 5 a) When the instal-
lation position is determined, cause the adjusters to come into contact with the oor directly,
make adjustments in a manner so that the casters will be raised approximately 5 mm. from the
oor and make sure that the machine position is level.
