About this interactive manual
Strictly speaking, this manual isn’t “interactive”,
its not going to say hello and its not going to
make you a cup of tea. I just needed a word to
distinguish this version from the other scanned
PDF manuals out there.
With the exception of text in the original diagrams,
this version is all text, lovely searchable, scalable,
decently printable, text.
The table of contents is linked to the relevant
pages and references to other sections within
pages are also linked. At the top of most pages
there are two links:

Clciking this link will take you back to the rst
page of the Contents section.
In case anyone wants to share their patches by
fax, I’ve included some reworked cleaner looking
patch sheets at the back.
