Note 1: Grease (Molycoat (UKOG-0062FCZZ) or White Molycoat
(UKOG-0158FCZZ) ) must be applied to the correct grease
points of each gear. Do not use too much grease.
Note 2: No grease shall be applied inside the gear of the magnetic
clutch.
5. Maintenance Schedule of Options
Maintenance of options must be done during that of the machine.
Maintenance of SF-D23/SF-DM11 is as follows:
• Duplex unit: Perform Simulation 22-9 to read out data in the
duplex counter, and conduct maintenance on the
basis of the data.
• Desk: every 80,000 sheets of copy paper.
Maintenance of RADF/ADF is as follows:
Perform Simulation 22-08 to check the contents of the RADF/ADF
copy counter, and then conduct maintenance every 80,000 sheets of
copy paper.
