Cleaning blade
Remove the process cover (1 screw) and remove the process unit from the copier (3 screws).
Detach the clam shell mechanism (4 screws).
Loosen two blue screws that hold the drum
positioning plate F assy.
Rotate the drum positioning plate F assy clockwise
to remove.
Remove the drum assy.
Remove the toner
receiver. (4 screws)
Unfasten the blank
lamp connector.
Remove the blank
lamp PWB.
Unfasten the discharge
lamp harness connector.
Remove the discharge
lamp unit (1 screw).
Remove the cleaning
blade (3 blue screws).
Separation solenoid Separator pawl
Unfasten the
harness
connector from
the separation
solenoid.
Remove the
separation
solenoid.
Remove the
separation pawl
unit from the
process unit.
Counter roller
Remove the
DR mark sensor
PWB from the
BL PWB unit
(1 screw).
DR mark sensor
PWB
Remove the
separation
pawl unit (R).
Remove the
DR sensor
mounting plate
unit (1 screw).
Remove the DR
sensor cover
mounting screws
(2 pcs.) and
separate the DR
sensor from the
mounting plate.

Process volume
PWB
Remove the
process volume
PWB (2 screws).
